100 Blocks - Tula Pinks City Sampler

I have been trying to get a little sewing in between the yard work and working.  I haven't had to travel for work in close to 3 years but this month gone eight days - that really cuts into the sewing time!

I did start the 100 Days of Summer Tula Pink Sampler quilt.  I am using my stacks of Kona from Kona club with fabric I like from my stash.  This is going to be anything goes in the rainbow category.  I have no decided on a layout yet.  I like making them and they are pretty easy except when you have to rip them. You really need to be precise on the 1/4 inch seem allowance and I tend to go to narrow.

I agree it is easier to pick out a few, cut them all and then piece them when I have time.  I am done with everything I had picked out and cut so now more selections.

I have a few more to go in the first section and hopefully I can get them done this week.

I am also picking up my Easy Street Quilt tomorrow night so hopefully I will get some pictures of it and get it posted this week as well.  I am excited to see it quilted and get the binding on it.

I have Moda Club tonight and did get my 3 blocks done.  I am two behind in that but loved my three I did.  I need to get pictures of those yet and post them this week.

I have been checking out the Let's Get Acquainted Blog hop and hoping to pick up a few new tips along with finding some new blogs to look at.

I am linking up at Charm about You for the Let's Get Acquainted Weekly Link Up.

Thanks for stopping and here's to getting some sewing time in.
